How do I set up my SmartPulse for the first time?
- Charge the watch fully with the included magnetic charger.
- Install the Da Fit app: App Store · Google Play.
- Open Da Fit → Add device → select SmartPulse and allow Bluetooth permissions.
- Enable notifications and health permissions when prompted.

Where can I download the app?
Da Fit app links:
The app is free. There are no subscriptions or extra fees.
How do I change the time and date?
The watch syncs time and date automatically from your phone when connected to Da Fit.
If the time is off: open Da Fit → ensure the watch is connected → wait a few seconds or pull-to-refresh/sync in the device screen. Make sure Bluetooth is on and the app is allowed to run in the background.
Can I replace the watch band?
Yes. SmartPulse uses a standard quick-release band (width 0.87 in, often called “22mm”). You can use our official bands or most third-party quick-release bands.

How do I buy a replacement charger?
You can purchase the official magnetic charger here: Charger Cable.
Use a 5V/1A USB power adapter. Avoid “fast chargers” (9V/12V) to protect the battery.
Does SmartPulse have GPS?
No. SmartPulse does not include built-in GPS.
Does it have automatic fall detection or SOS?
No automatic fall detection. When the watch is connected to your phone via Bluetooth, you can place a phone call from the watch for emergencies.

How long does the battery last and how do I charge it?
Typical battery life is 7–14 days depending on usage (notifications, sensors, brightness). Charge with the included magnetic cable until the on-screen battery shows full.
- Align the charging pins; the watch screen will indicate charging.
- Use a 5V USB port or 5V/1A adapter. Avoid high-voltage fast chargers.
Is it water resistant?
Please refer to the User Manual (PDF) for the exact rating. Avoid hot water/steam and do not charge when wet.
How do I enable notifications?
- Open Da Fit → Device → Notifications → enable the apps you want.
- Allow notifications for Da Fit in your phone’s system settings.
- Keep Bluetooth on and Da Fit running in the background.
What phones are compatible?
SmartPulse works with most iPhone and Android phones that support the Da Fit app. Check the App Store/Google Play listing for current OS requirements.
